We have a 14-day free return policy. It means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You can return your product in perfect condition (with packaging & tags intact) within 14 days for an exchange or refund.

Kindly note that to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You bear the costs for the return shipment. The costs depend on the shipping service provider you have chosen. We will not reimburse lost returns without proof of shipment with a track & trace code. This can also happen if the items are not returned in time.
Damages and issues
Please check your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
