Delivery time is 2-7 days within Europe, the UK, and North America. For other destinations, delivery times will be calculated separately and do not include customs processing times.

We ship from our warehouses located in Porto-Salvo, Portugal, and Veldhoven, the Netherlands.

Shipping is FREE for all orders over €80 or the equivalent, except for parcels over 5kg. Delivery costs for such orders will be calculated separately.

CAN I RETURN THE ORDER?

There is a 14-day free return policy. It means that you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can return your product in perfect condition (with packaging & tags intact) within 14 days for an exchange or refund. If you would like to return your order, write us first: soul@sowlhome.com.
